7^th September 26 - Turn your handwriting into a real font!
It's finally here. Turn Your Handwriting into a Font. Draw each letter once in your browser using a mouse, finger or stylus, then download a TrueType font in your own handwriting.
No printing a grid sheet. No scanning. No trying to photograph it under a lamp. No postage. And no 'free trial' that suddenly wants your credit card. It's $0 / €0 / £0, or whatever you call free in your country.
Draw A to Z and stop there, or add accents, punctuation, Greek and Cyrillic. Skip lowercase and it fills itself in from your capitals. Thickness, slant and spacing apply to the whole alphabet, so you can change your mind at the end without having to redraw everything.
Your handwriting, Your font and a completely unnecessary gift from ufonts.com.

So we rebuilt the classic Notepad2 experience for the web.
Meanwhile, Windows Notepad has been steadily acquiring accounts, AI features, Copilot integration and everything else that used to have no business being in a text editor.

With full credit to Florian Balmer, creator of the original Notepad2. No Copilot. No bloat. Just a really good text editor.
