Angular snap changes selected curve control points into hard points. Smooth curves can become sharp, faceted shapes, producing a more aggressive geometric or brutalist appearance.

Baseline Misalignment

Traditional typography carefully aligns characters along a common baseline. Misalignment deliberately breaks that rule by vertically shifting individual glyphs, creating uneven and chaotic text.

From Subtle Distortion to Typographic Chaos

The distortion control lets you decide how far the effect should go. Lower settings introduce small imperfections while preserving much of the original typeface. Higher settings progressively distort the outlines and alignment, producing much more experimental results.

Because the effect is generated from the original glyph geometry, different fonts produce dramatically different results. A traditional serif, geometric sans-serif, handwritten font or heavy display face can each become the starting point for a completely different glitch design.
